Specialized Educator / Coordinator (Groupe SOS) | HR Consultant

I wear a triple hat as a sociologist, philosopher and manager. My outlook is anthropocentric. I currently work as a sociologist in socio-educational support, in the role of a Specialized Educator in the medico-social sector. My work focuses on the design, development, support, monitoring and evaluation of socio-educational projects, in the context of building and developing partnerships and networks within the environment of Artificial Intelligence and agility in Collective Intelligence.

I also have proven, flexible and well-established experience in HR management, as an expert in recruitment, HR development and digital transformation.

I have worked for the UN system (UNDP, MONUSCO, UNOCI and UNMIL) and in multinational companies as an HR management expert and specialist. I managed personnel at the United Nations and at one of the largest telecommunications firms in the DRC, ZAIN/AIRTEL, for over 20 years.

I also have a strong command of HR administration and have led projects related to recruitment, HR development, performance, talent and succession planning for key roles, among others. I have also worked as an “International UMOJA-SAP Expert/HRBP Trainer” and have held responsibility for managing labour and union relations.

As a United Nations international civil servant, I led HR projects in Cote d’Ivoire, Liberia, Gambia, Spain, Italy and the DRC.

In addition, I specialize in HR management of corporate digital transformation, with a focus on digitalisation, Artificial Intelligence and agility in collective intelligence.

My commitment to excellence and my desire to keep learning allow me to adapt to any circumstance. In my learning style, I am results-oriented. I am committed to meeting deadlines and always work by setting clear objectives and implementing KPIs (performance indicators), with a view to properly accomplishing my tasks.

I am currently pursuing PhD research at the crossroads of philosophy, sociology and management, on the notion of “Recognition” in the professional world of HR management and the sociology of work.
